Join us at the Chadwick A. Boseman College of Fine Arts for 2nd Annual Open House/Information Session and Alumni Mixer on Thursday, October 17, 2024! We invite prospective students and their families to visit campus and learn about our admission process; connect with academic departments; take a student-led campus tour; explore student activities and campus resources; experience our student productions; visit the Gallery of Art's latest Alumni Exhibition; and hear from our Alumni about the Arts & Entertainment Industry.
You’ll also have the chance to meet faculty, current students, and staff of the College, giving you a great opportunity to ask questions and learn more about our vibrant Fine Arts community. We also “Welcome Home” our Alumni and Friends for a Mixer in the Ira Aldridge Theater beginning at 5:30pm. Learn about the State of the College and join our email listserv. Have your questions ready.

Ira Aldridge Theater
This Musical Theatre workshop production delves into the connections between African American music, dance, and the musical theatre repertoire. It includes and blends genres such as gospel, R&B, pop, folk, and jazz into musical theatre performances, reflecting the evolution of African American music. It aims to bring musical theatre back to its original roots, which are deeply rooted in the body, soul, and heart of African Americans. It is a homecoming!
