Office of Marketing and Communications

The Marketing and Communications Office in the Chadwick A. Boseman College of Fine Arts shares the college’s most compelling stories to engage the media, current and prospective students, alumni, the general public and the university community. We oversee content on the College of Fine Arts website, in email newsletters, news releases, and on social media.

Our office is here to help faculty, staff and students with various marketing, communications and media relations efforts. Our services include:

• Overseeing and managing the college’s brand
• Media relations and news releases
• Feature stories (print and online)
• Copy editing of text and graphic images for web and print collateral
• Website content management
• Event promotion assistance
• Writing guidance and distribution assistance
• Coordination of photography and video services
• Media training for faculty, administrators, staff and students who work with the media
