Site Beautification Project for DC Clean Rivers Project

ABOUT THE BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT: The DC Water construction site is located on Florida Ave NW, DC. The construction work being performed at the site is just part of the massive DC Clean Rivers Project being undertaken by DC Water to better manage combined sewage overflows into local waterways. The beautification project is taken place to bring some art to life while the construction is ongoing.
