Annual BFA Showcase
From Student to Professional
Get ready for an unforgettable week of performances celebrating the graduating BFA students of Howard University’s Chadwick A. Boseman College of Fine Arts, Department of Theatre Arts. This culminating showcase highlights seniors in Acting, Musical Theatre, Dance, Theatre Administration, and Theatre Technology, marking their transition from rigorous conservatory training to professional careers in theatre, film, and television.
Presented in both Washington, DC and New York City, the week features Industry Night performances for agents, managers, casting directors, and producers, a special presentation for family and friends, and portfolio showcases for industry representatives. For many students, this moment serves as a gateway to auditions, representation, and lasting professional relationships.
Join us in celebrating the next generation of Howard-trained artists as they step confidently into the professional world.
